Question Where do I get or download an XP recovery floppy?

My XP PC keeps restarting before it gets to the logonscreen after flashing up a blue death screen so fast you can't read the writing.
Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 310396 explains.
I tried booting from the XP CD & it ends with the message 'The file flpydisc.sys is corrupted'.
The article says run the Windows Automated System Recovery. This asks for the disc which is a floppy. I haven't got this disk. Where do I get it? Can someone email a copy (at steppingmoon@yahoo.co.uk) if it's not on the Internet?
Thanks in advance (now back in time on good ol' Windows 98 & glad I kept my old machine!)
