Where did Royale go??

I was trying to find that Windows Royale theme (the more metalic looking blue taskbar), but i can't find it on the microsoft site. Where did it go? (the one made by Microsoft)

Yep I downloaded that off softpedia the other day was just gonna post it when I saw you already did... I searched google for win xp media center theme or something...

Yeah, there is any old software that the official site doesn't have, Softpedia usually has it.
