So you havent got any norton products on your computer?
Thats strange, coz everything is saying that a type 44 partition is a goback partition. Check for yourself mate.

this might fix my problem actualy, ill try it and see, i HAD norton GoBack on my computer along with system works, but it expired and i recently got internet security. i will try what these sites suggest and report back

Yeah, that will be it then, apparantly its a bit dodgy if you remove it when its monitoring your drive

grrr...i don't have a blank cd >.< is there a way to boot the program from the second website off of a flash drive?

Your BIOS will have to support it. Check in the boot options in the BIOS to see if you can boot from USB. If not, then there might be an update for the BIOS, easiest way would be to get someone to burn the disc for you.
