Where can I download BETA versions of new windows?

Yes I would defo use Linux, but, I do not know how to format my HDD for it, I do not know which version to get. If you could explain to me this then I will get it lol.

I would try Linux out if it had more programs that worked for it. Otherwise to me, it'd be a pretty looking desktop with not much else.

If I set my 2nd computer up, I might place Linux on it to save space on the small HD, make it a music boombox, and of course, place emulators on it (I'm sure there are Linux supported ones out there), and turn it into an always on entertainment PC.

Though, I'd love to have a simple operating system, besides DOS, where you simply click a menu item up on screen to initate a program, and thats all it does.
