Default Where can I buy and customize my own PC?

I was wondering, do you know a web site where I can make my own PC online? My budget is $490 for EVERYTHING. But I plan replacing the integrated video with my own future card I found. I could also buy the PSU separate making the PC $300. Got any ideas?

P.S. By the way, I prefer an AMD Athlon 64 X2 processor and Windows Vista Home Premium (and not an ATI card).

Do you want them to put it together for you? If not go to newegg.com.

Why do you prefer AMD cpu's and not ati cards? They are both leading the market in performance, unless you want a amd for the prices.
CPU - AMD X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+ 2.2 Ghz
Memory - 4096Mb of Adata DDR2 800
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce 8800Gt 512 Mb (EVGA)
PSU - OCZ StealthXStream 600W
Mobo - http://www.gigabyte-usa.com/Products/Motherboard/Products_Overview.aspx?ProductID=2310
OS - Xp Home Edition SP2
Mobo Chipset - Nvidia nForce4, AMD Hammer

Well, AMD certainly is not leading the market in terms of processor performance. They have a nice lead over nVidia when it comes to graphics processing, but apart from that, there is no processor advantage at all. Going AMD/ATI would definitely cater to the budget that the OP set. If you want utmost freedom in customizing your PC online then cyberpc and ibuypower are the sites to go to, otherwise, a simple Dell computer would do the trick, despite what people around here might otherwise tell you.
