Where to attach this?

Where/how do i clip that thing to my graphic card. the main thing goes into a Pci slot, i know that but the cable with the little square thing, Where does that go?

seems like there should be a set of pins on the card that the cable with the jumper (AKA little square thing) should plug into. The manual should tell you where it goes.
