300 watts to run it yes. A heck of alot more amps on the rails than on any 300 watts power supply.

XPEX Vortex 3620 Mid Tower, Rosewill 450 Watt PSU, MSI P6N SLI Platinum 650i, Intel Celeron D 356, 2GB G.SKILL DDR2 800, Western Digital 40GB, (2) EVGA 7950GT 256MB Video Cards in SLI, HP DVD Multi-Burner, Windows XP.

a GTX 260 216 core, i mean 300wats only for it.
You play at 1280x1024, you don't need any more than an HD 4770 or a GTS 250, just go with whichever's cheaper.
The HD 4770 will run fine off your 430W, but you may need to run the dual PSUs for the GTS 250. You can either use this method or purchase a dual 24 pin adapter.

AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE @ 4.0GHz + TU120E lapped - MSI 770-CD45 AM3 - 2x2GB OCZ DDR3 1333MHz - Sapphire HD 4870 - Samsung Spinpoint 500GB 7200RPM 16MB cache HDD - Tagan TG600-BZ Piperock - (Currently open test bed) - Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit.

Age Of Conan is better than World-Of-Warcraft.

Also To asnwer your Question:
-Yes that Graphics Card will run it at a MID-HIGH level.
