Reinstalling your OS should give you a fresh start and start speeding up the process again.
Jackson, you reformat every few months? I reformat like every few years lol

What program can i use to save all my data before i reinstall my OS?

My current Build

Windows XP SP 3 (Yeah pretty old)
Processor-Intel Core 2 Duo 6300@1.88 GHz
Ram-4 GB ram
Hard Drive-Maxtor 320Gb and external Freegate 250 GB
PNY Nvidia Verto 9500 GT 1GB
Too lazy to look up my Mobo but i know its Gigabyte

Depends what you are backing your stuff up to. Another hard drive or discs?. I prefer to just move everything over manually to a 2nd hard drive.You should be backing up regularly in any case.
