Default whats good?

im trying to get my ram up to ddr500 and i need to know whats the best latency for ddr500 ram? i know for ddr400 its 2-2-2-5 so ddr500 is gona be a bit higher right?

Isn't is so that the lower the latency, the better. Or am I mistaken?

I gues that the speed has more effects on the performance than the timings.
