I am building a new pc after xmas and i am using a sempron 2800. Whats the difference between the name and speed because it runs at 2.0ghz but its called a 2800. What does this mean and how does it work?

not as fast, but it will run the same. AMDs have other better parts (not sure which ones) and makes up for the 'slower' clock speed. So the AMD 3200 will run the same as a 3.2 but technically not as fast.

Well it should lol 4 gaming asswell P4 multi task running 64BIT GAMING+FX there both good and top of the table far of.

AMD's do 9 IPC (instructions per clock) compared to Intel's 6. That is what makes up for the slower clock speeds.
