Default whats the difference with the memory?

I have 1g of ram that says its "PC2-4200U-444-10-b1" and another 1g of ram that is "PC2-4200U-444-11-b0" both 533mhz

Is there any difference in the memory? Any better then the other or same? Another difference is that the first model is 32X64 while the second model is 64X64.. Also the first model is a little bigger

Does the first module (32x64) have 32 chips? Does the second module (64x64) have 16 chips?
