Default What's the Difference?

I research for days before ordering stuff. It turns out, a few hours before I was gonna submit my new computer order, some dude jacked the last video card! I was like "the hell?" when my order dropped down $80. I have to get a new video card, the other card, which is $20 more expensive but ultimately with the rebate ends up at the same price, is this:

The one that got jacked from me was this:

Other than adding the word "turbo" to the description of the first one, I can't see any differences. I mean, yeah, it sounds cooler to go "Yeah, I got the HIS Hightech Radeon HD 4670 IceQ TURBO!" rather than just "IceQ", but, that's not worth $20 to me... the clock/memory speeds seem to be the same, so I'm just puzzled at what could possibly make the other one cost $20 more.

Thanks,

NeciFiX

I have no idea. The second one doesn't list a core clock. May I recommend you something else or are you fixed on those?

You could go for an 8800GT or an HD4850. Probably best-bang-for-buck cards out right now.

The turbo has a higher core clock and memory clock. It's factory overclocked. It will make a difference. I'm not sure how large or small, though.

This.

I think the HD 4670 is a fantastic card for the money. And it's not anywhere near the price of an 8800GT or HD 4850
