What s up with this?

could i please get some info on which is better?

- 1333MHz FSB = 333MHz x 7 = 2333MHz
- 4MB L2 cache.
- Lower power consumption
- 65nm
- 1066MHz FSB 266MHz x 9 = 2400MHz
- 8MB L2 cache
- Higher power consumption but higher performance.
