whats the best cpu cooling

so all in all what would be the best. i see coolers that can oc 1ghz from stock and the would get me close to 4 ghz.

i was looking at these(and i am into the bling factor alot to.)

1GHz from stock? Depends on the CPU, and I doubt you'd K8 to 4GHz, that certainly would be a feat.

I would recommend the Xigmatek. The Zalman 9700 is an overrated under performing pretty POS, and I'd expect the Xigmatek to outperform it even though it's almost half the price.

i would just suggest getting a new computer.rtc 3 is a very low end game.

why would i get a new computer. and plus i am not asking for a computer to play that game. just a cooler for the computer i am building. which will out preform a destop for the same price. and i can say i built it and it looks cooler.

i didn't ask for advice on how to play that game or about what i should do to upgrade.
