OK, what are the best/favorite downloadable (preferably free) overclocking programs that you like? For both CPU and graphics card. I haven't OC'd my comp at all and i think it has a lot of potential, how can i bring it out?

1)Sig has to be 5 lines
2)You OC your CPU in Bios. Go back a couple of pages(mayby 5) and look for the official OC'ing guide, i copied it from OC'er forums.
3)For your gfx card use coolbits2

Find it yourself.

Collbits is very good. You can hit detect optimal settings so you dont hurt anything eventhough i did artifct with optimal settings once.

hey jack, i didn't wanna open a new thread, so i guess ill ask you here, since you know a thing or two about ocing.

is it worth ocing a FX 5200 128mb, or will i not notice a difference? and will that coolbits work with it? thanks

Yea, coolbits will do it. Well, i cant say specificlly but its always worth a try. Just hit dectect optimal settings and see what happens. If you notice artificating, just turn it down.

Jack, what version of Linux are you running? Or do you just like the penguin?

ocing a 5200 will work but i doubt ull see a big difference. I personally know.
