What is wrong with my control panel ?

Can someone please tell me what is wrong with my control panel. Ok here is what it does when I click on start then settings and then control panel it takes a really really long time for the control panel screen to pop up. how do I fix this problem I dont know what to do ?

Probably your computer is running slow due to spyware/adware/possibly a virus/running processes/too many start up items/long time without doing a disk cleanup/need to defragment harddrive...lots of issues could be the culprit. What about when you go into 'My computer' does that little flashlight icon show up there too or possibly while doing other things? I don't think it's specifically your control panel.

No it only takes a long time when I try to open my control panel. Everything else works works fine
