What is wrong?

Ok so here is the problem when ever i watch a video online or begin to play bf2 my computer freezes up, but i can still move the mouse i just cant close any open applications. Task manager doesn't work either. I believe the problem has to be with my video card.

HP Pavillion m7570n
CPU: Intel PD 915
Video Card: EVGA 6800 GT PCI-E
RAM: 2 gigs of DDR2 PC-4200
HD: 320 GB SATA

Might not work, but have you tried updating your video drivers from the Nvidia site? You may find the ones you have now are corrupt or something, so simply Uninstall them, restart, and go to install the new pre-downloaded ones:
