In my opinion, your looking at buying a top grade AMD processor,

One of the higher grade Nvidia or ATI cards, preferably the 7800GTX,

About 1GB of RAM,

A Creative SoundBlaster card of some sort.

The list can be modified and specs can be brought forward

Why the crappy PSU? Get an OCZ Powerstream. The modstream is weak on all the rails. The RAM can get downgraded to Samsung UCCC. Get http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820227210 nice RAM for a good price. He doesnt need highend RAM like Infineon CE-6's. Everything else is fine.

The Modstream I have isn't too bad. Yeah, it's a little low, but it's definitely fine.
