What would be better?

i'll have like 250 dollars for my pc in like 1/2 months i was wondering ahead of time whats best. my sig ( the one having the 1.9 ghz dual core) whats the best upgrade for my system, obviously the processor but should i keep the GFX card or upgrade? if i do should i get a new baord and SLI or get a faster single card all the way around.

the graphics seem alright for now.
I suggest getting a better CPU, maybe a quad?
