I'm really bored so I decided to install Quake 3 and see if I'm still good
But when I try to run the install this pops up!!! This has never happened before

Wow 16-bit? Quake is an old software and running in XP environment may not run well or at all because it was designed for 16 bit. Try changing the compatiblity mode to Windows 95.
