i downloaded a file and it has a blank icon and at the end of it, it says .torrent. i wnt to know what it is.

You need a program like [bitlord] Which it will download it in full, i hope the file you are getting isnt illegal.

Its the file, Just burn it as a Image or download Alchol 24% and make a virtual drive and Mount the .torrent file
