Default What are some of the best gaming ethernet network adapter cards?

I have to get a new RJ45 ethernet network adapter card for my computer. I usually game on it, and want to take advantage of my 25Mbps isp and cat 6 ethernet. I don't know if these cards are something you really even need because they're not really specified on computer store sites. But even if they're an outrageous price of like $200 I still want to take a look at it as to why they would make a card that much. What stats should you look for and, as I said for interest, what cards are like the best of the best when it comes to this?

Pretty much any 10/100/1000Mbps network adapter card will do, just get one in the interface you need, pci or pci express. You don't need a special type of card.
When all else fails...Ham Radio!

I still have the same old HP DV9700T laptop I've had for years...still kickin'
