Default what is the solution for bad sectors??

hiii

i just want to know if there is solution for bad sectors and how can i repair it ??

hey, welcome to cf you could try formatting the drive several times, you could try scandisk. for more serious bad sectors the hdd will have to be replaced

You would have to get a partition tool (I use fdisk on linux) to assign the computer to install only on non-corrupted blocks.

As for finding out where those blocks are.. I run badblocks, a standard tool on any linux liveCD.
