Default What is safe?

What are safe idling temps for a Evga 7900gt?

The temps at idling are 45 C.

I just did the Video Stress Test is source and it was at 53C.

thats perectly fine GFX cards can take up to 100C without failing (Usually)

my 6800GS idles about 60C, 45C is perfectly fine lol.

Idle temp doesn't matter that much.
But as long as it stays under 80C when in use it's good.
