top one should be winamp with a diff skin, sides are widgets of some kind.
a good place for widgets is Yahoo! Widget Engine... if you're interested in that kind of stuff.

Cool, thanks, I downloaded yahoo widget engine, but i just canit find that one!! anyone have any ideas??
