What programs are sending/receiving data?

I forgot what it's called. I need to download some free software that will let me view what programs are sending/receiving data through my modem. I use to have a program called Network something or another.. that worked great. I would go back and look through my old CPU magazines but I'm too lazy

Eh.. I guess. I'm looking for something a LOT simpler. I don't need a whole evaluation of my network. The original thing I had it just showed my processes and the bytes being sent/received from each of them.

nvm I found it. It's called NetLimiter 2 monitor

netstat -b
at the command prompt it shows

show's active connections and the processes that have caused them.
