Core Temp 0.99.3

Real Temp 1.79.6 beta

The Real Temp d/load states 2.70 only yet unclewebb says in his thread at XS that it is indeed the 2.79.6 beta, I'm currently on a P4 machine (work) so I can not verify this.

The latest beta is version 2.79.6 which includes more updates to the GUI.
EDIT:

Everest Ultimate 4.60.1500 also uses the newly released TjMax as revealed by Intel a few weeks ago but it is not free

i like realtemp for my CPU.
I use Everest for everything else.
You can use RivaTuner to see your graphics temps, and you can adjust the fan speed for your card.
