Default What Program, that can modify Windows XP Firewall settings?

Since cannot find rundll32.exe, can't change windows xp firewall settings.

I have Xpepius which lets me change things that is usually in the control panel, since keep getting "cannot find rundll32.exe".

Xpepius doesn't seem to let me modify windows xp firewall settings. So anyone know a program that does?

One has to assume you're running sp2. Go to the control panel and click on the security icon. Then select the firewall settings.
Once you install sp2 the core kernal is over written. It all becomes protected files.
