I suggest Dell because they can customize your PC in any way possible. The only problem with Dell is that if there's a problem, you'll have to ship the whole PC to them or have them come over to your house which may cost extra money depending on how long your warranty is good for.

Best Buy and CompUSA's are good stores to get your PC from since they all have built in tech support centers. If you want to build, it's 100% total customization. You are in control of every single component that goes into it, what manufacturer you decide to use, performance, etc. Dells are customizable to a certain point.

thx. plz note that i live in ottawa,on. so dont suggest any stores that are only in US.
