Default What are necessary computer parts?

I'm thinking about building a pc computer but I don't know what parts I would need. I want to build a really good gaming computer because my friend wants me to play computer games with him.

They are all the parts that will go inside the case and plug into the motherboard, Then you'll need a keyboard and mouse (you can use your old ones), Monitor ( can also use old one).

How much are you looking to spend on it and what games would you and your mate be playing?

Could you post your mates PC specs? These will give us an idea of which direction you'll be taking..
