Default What MOBO to use?

Hi, im building myself a new computer (some new parts some salvaged from this comp) and i need to know what MOBO would be best, im getting an AMD Athlon 64 3000+ and a Saphire Radeon 9600 XT video card, and i want to over clock the CPU, what would be the best motherboard to use and is there a tutorial on how to overclock a CPU?

well is your cpu a socket 754 or 939, and is your video card AGP or pci-e?

EDIT; Ok I am pretty sure that card is AGP so here are some good motherboards
If it is a socket 939 cpu here's a good motherboard

If it's socket 754 heres one
