Cool What kind of RAM do I need? Upgrading from 1GB to 2GB

I would like buy some more ram I was wondering if someone would be willing to help me find what type of memory I need and where I can buy it. I tried looking online, but there is so many different kinds I don't having confidence actually purchasing something I know nothing about. I bought my computer from some random guy on craigslist.

This is what ad said:

According the above listed, this ram will do just fine:

that's incorrect, but thanks for trying. there are 4 slots that accept 512 mb. i just don't know which one to buy

You need to buy the 184 pin DDR 2100 memory. You can find the 512 MB cards here:

Just buy 2 of them for an extra 1GB of memory and use the 2 unused memory slots.
