The case does have dual 120mm fans. That's plenty of airflow for his system as the power supply and the GTX 280 will also exhaust warm air out the back of the case.

You can do way better for that price. The Antec 300 is only a few dollars more and will insure some headroom if he ever wants to overclock.

Yes, you can use the GTX 280 as long as you have a 550W or above power supply as shown in my post.

what ram do you have. Well actually if you were using it with a P4 im pretty sure your going to want to get some new ram too
