bits is smaller...yeah, 56k modem cant compare to cable/dsl...but if ur satisfied, there's no need to upgrade

Lucky...I get a pretty bad speed although I have like 5.1Mbps.

DSL 1.5Mbs/256kbs. Works for all my needs, and allows me to play WoW. My friend has 256kbs/128kbs DSL, so I don't mind mine.

I loved T3, but they needed to move the main line closer to us, since it spiked a LOT! I used to get 45mbps down, 7mb up (although most server could only push out 3-4mbps up to me) This shotgunned cable is ok though, I want T3 back though!
