I have 2 Evga 8800gt video cards. I have also 2 monitors that I have on dual and they are both connected into the one video card. Now when I add the 2nd GPU do I hook my other monitor into that video card or do they both still get hooked into the one? I'm adding another video card so I can get better FPS when playing Star Craft 2.

They both remain hooked to the main video card.

I'm pretty sure nVIDIA's new SLI driver allows for dual monitors, though I know it used to not allow it.

As foothead explained, the monitors will remain connected to the main video card in the #1 PCIe slot. Dual monitors have been supported in SLI since driver release v.180 (2008).

Dual monitors weren't supported?? Then what in the world is the purpose for all of the video connectors? :O

They weren't supported while running in SLI with the early drivers. Only when SLI was enabled, the secondary monitor would not receive a signal.
