Default What is a good temp. for cpu?

Just finish building my first computer
my question is what is the optimum temp for a cpu?

what can i do to lower temp.?

got four fans going

for a 3.2 p4 system

should i get one of those front fan control units?

For lowering your temps you can:
-Watercool your system
-Get a 3rd market cooler

And if youre going to get a fan control units and are looking for simplicity, get the Vantec Nexus Controller. It can control up to 4 fans (how ironic!) and comes in sliver and black (I have the black).
