what does the term, "not refurbished" mean, and its it important.

while looking for items i come up with this term, and its sorta getting to me.. so any help would be appreciated.

refurbished means that the item has been fixed to seem new again. "not refurbished" means that the item never had any problems that required it to be sent in and fixed

Refurbished is a gay word it is supposed to mean, that they have tried to get a product back to its orignal condition/reapired it. I think
