what does a ethernet pci card do?

what does a ethernet pci card do, and do i need it cause im not even using it?

it's either for cable internet or for a network

it has the things in the back for cables but i dont put em in, im using the ones on my motherboard, and since im not using it i was thinking bout taking it out, should i?

yes you can take it out. keep it though just incase you need it in the future for a network or something.

that one was used for networking, if you got two pc's in your house you could network them so you could browse the other pc's without going to the other.or you could play lan games like counter strike, battle realms,etc.if you got time try vising this one.SHAME ON YOU FOR THIS TYPE OF SPAMMING
