These are the parts that I have finally settled on for the new computer im building. Are all these parts compatible with each other? Feel free to add any other comments you may have about it.

I recommend waiting just a bit. On oct 1st you can get a socket 939 3000+ also the onld 754's will go down in price then.

So are you saying wait and get the socket 939 or get the 745 at a cheaper price?

yeah, its your choice though. You wont be able to upgrade 754 much unless with a sempron. The 939 will upgrade into the distant future. Either way wait till the 939 3000+ and 3200+ hits shelves.

And if you do wait you might as well wait just a bit longer cuz 4000+ and fx 55 comes out right after that.

All really depends on your Budget and how long you want to wait? I don't know the prices - but you can be sure they won't be cheap.

The 939 3000+ now can be bought at NewEgg. You had better hurry you never know how much they have in stock.
