The OP wanted see if CPU temps dropped.

get a length of hose put one end on your tap or faucet depending where you are, run the hose through your refrigerator and back out to a bucket.

slowly turn on the water and measure the temperature of the water, allow a trickle of water to flow to the bucket and then measure the temperature in the bucket.

create a closed loop with a pump returning the water to source and time how long it takes to drop in temperature.

now add a 150w heater to your source water and see how long that takes to drop in temperature, you could use a stop watch but I think a calender may be more use.

experimentation is good, don't sacrifice a M/board try this first.

i get that the refidgerator dosnt work
so i guse antifreeze would be better
i just have an old comp i want to <<DELETED>> around with
so i guse ill try that
