two things to do.
1. Install video card drivers. Find out which vid card you have (use something like everest home) and then download the correct drivers from the manufacturers website.
2. Install direct x 9.0c. You can get this from microsofts website.

There's a neat little utility for determining what your video card is along with it's specifications. It's called GPU-Z.

That's an oboard graphics chip. The thing is, it fully supports DirectX 9.0c as shown in the DirectX Support box in the pic.

Try downloading DirectX 9.0c from Microsoft here: DirectX 9.0c Redistributable

You can also try updating your drivers: Forceware version 8.26 for nForce 430
