Default What is Cuda?

I just bought a new laptop a I have a few questions.
BTW my laptop is a Sony Vaio VPC-CW

1. The graphics card is a Nvidia GeFore 310M GPU, so what kind of games would I be able to play with this graphics card?

2. This card also is CUDA enabled, but what does that mean? Will it enhance my gaming experience at all?

Notebookcheck - Nvidia GeForce 310M

Looks like it can handle most games in the low to medium settings.

Nvidia - What is CUDA?
