i have an intel pentium 4 3.2 ghz SL7PW. i was wondering where i could get a cpu cooling unit for that or at least the fan that goes on top of that because mine has a problem. its a ball bearing fan and one of the balls is loose and my fan makes A LOT of noise when on. any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

You could just buy the fan on its own. Or buy a aftermarket heatsink/fan. Might I suggest this one... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835106606

No, it won't. What he posted is for a socket 478 CPU, and yours is socket LGA 775:
