i would not upgrade that old pc - not worth it
i would get some cheap parts and build a new pc for around 400
i think your not doing too much on your pc
so i would settle for a hp, dell, or compaq
i would mostly use it for word and music making and playing music, ripping music, and dowloading music and later on i might make a web site. Thats about it
So when i get this computer what good music programs are there for playing music. And while ya at it can u tell me how to get the CPU usage bar at the taskbar. Just interested how to do it

you have to have windows xp, nt, or 2k to do this - right click the task bar (bar at bottom of screen), select task manager, now under options select hide when minimized
if you have 98, me, or 95 goto start, programs, acesseries, system tools, and then system monitor i think.
