What computer should I get?

Well it's time for a new computer and I not very knowledgeable when it comes to hardware. What is better not factoring in price? I will be using it for basic web surfing and for a little photo storage.

HP DV5:
Intel Core 2 duo processor
Intel graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD card
15.4" screen

HP DV7:
Intel Pentium Dual Core Mobile processor T4200
ATI 512MB Mobility Radeon HD 4530 grpahics card
17.3" screen

Both have 4GB of memory and 320gb of RAM

They are both overkill. For surfing and storing, a sub $400 would be sufficient.

For just surfing and photo storage, the DV5 will do the job nicely.
