Default what causes my computer to freeze randomly?

i recently ordered a custom built computer and it happens to freeze up sometimes that i cant do anything about it but restart it. it is a brand new computer and there seems to be no viruses because i already scan my computer and i would appreciate any suggestions.

Also, i would like to know if too much ram or power supply voltages cause this.
i run 8 gigs of ram and a 700 power supply.

This is most likely software issues or hard drive issues. Try reinstalling your drivers.
