Rar, is a zip file..Download winrar, and then you open it..

yeap, .rar is another type of a compressed file, similar to winzip... it's just extracted by winrar, rather than winzip

And it says you need to buy it. You can use it forever, you just need to buy it to get rid of the annoying message that says it will run out in 40 days. Because really, it doesnt. (At least with 3.51, this is a new beta so Im not sure)
