Webpages a backgrounds?

I want to know if it is possible to have a webpage as a background... pretty self explanitory. However, I don't mean take a screen shot and paste it I mean the <em>web page</am> itself. Say the web page was google ... can you make google your desktop background where you can still click on all the buttons i.e. the images button or the "Google Search" button.

you can yous right click the desktop. than go to desktop, and customize it, than on the right tab it says web
