ok so i have W7 RC

my cam wolnt work, says the drivers are incompatible, got the drivers from the logitec site and my CD, still dosnt work. and ofcourse the site dont have drivers for W7.

anyting i can do to get it to work?
does W7 have something to simulate software for xp but use it with W7?

Have you tried using the Vista drivers?


I think you're talking about Windows Virtual PC. it only works with specific CPU's and BIOS's.

Windows Virtual PC requires a CPU with the Intel™ Virtualization Technology or AMD-V® feature turned on. This feature must be enabled in the system BIOS.

gay, and i tried Vista drivers, i'll try agian.

I have another idea. Instead of running the install .exe for the drivers, go into Device manager, right click the webcam and select Update Driver. Then point the wizard to the folder or file containing the Vista drivers for the webcam.

I have W7 RC and I installed vista drivers for all my devices and they all work.
