Default Way To Upgrade to 64-Bit?

I was wondering if there is a way to upgrade Windows Vista home Premium to 64-Bit? Is there a way to do it 4 free, or cheap?

Abit IP35-E Motherboard, 3Gig- corsair RAM
PNY 9800GTX+ 256MB DDR3 Video Card,
Core 2 Duo E4300 overclocked 2.2Ghz
SATA Western Digital 160Gig HD,
Windows 7, Dual 19" 1440x900 Monitors

theres always torrents with cracks
but u could also call up micrsoft i think
they give you a big brake (like almost free) if you want 64bit
as long as u already have vista
